Terms

Who you are buying from
PACHIFUNK OÜ, trading as Skyferra is the merchant of record for flights booked here. You contract with us, your card is charged by us, and refunds come back from us. The airline supplies the travel; we hold the booking with them on your behalf and deal with them for you.
Registered address: Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10145, Estonia. Company number: 16620288.
These terms are the agreement between you and us. Using the site means you accept them. You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract, and if you book for other people you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.
Your details have to be right
Airlines match tickets to identity documents and most will not correct a name after the fact without a fee, or at all. You are responsible for the accuracy of every traveller name, date of birth and contact address you give us, and for entering names exactly as they appear on the passport or ID being travelled on.
Passports, visas, transit permissions and any health or entry requirements are yours to arrange and check. We do not verify them and cannot refund a fare because you were refused travel.
What we charge
For a booking, the price shown at checkout and nothing else. There is no booking fee, and we take no share of any money we recover for you. A recovered fare is returned in full.
The optional plan costs $79 a year. It buys unlimited route watches and the ability for us to act on a qualifying drop without asking you first. Without it you keep every other part of the product, including 2 route watches and full-speed watching of everything you book through us.
What you allow us to do with a booking
This is the part that is unusual, so it is stated plainly.
Once you book through us we re-price that trip repeatedly. If we find the same trip cheaper and the fare rules allow us to act, we may cancel your booking and replace it with the cheaper one, then refund you the difference.
- We secure the replacement before releasing the original. There is never a moment where you hold no booking.
- Only the same trip. Same flight number, cabin and seat; we do not move you onto a different itinerary to save money.
- You can always stop it. Acting without asking is off until you turn it on. When it is on, every rebooking emails you and then waits ten minutes before anything happens, and you can pause everything at any time.
- Your booking reference changes when we rebook, because the supplier issues a new one. We email it to you and it is always on the trip page.
- Limits. At most two rebookings per booking and five per account in any 24 hours.
Cash and credit are not the same thing
Some fares refund as cash and some only as airline credit. We never present credit as if it were money, never combine the two into one figure, and where a saving would only be available as credit we tell you and leave the decision with you.
Cancellations and changes
Cancelling is subject to the supplier’s own rules, which we quote to you before you confirm rather than estimating. Where a fare cannot be cancelled, the trip page says so.
If the airline or property changes or cancels your booking, their rules govern what you are owed and we pass it through. On the day of travel the supplier can act faster than we can, so contact them first.
Paying, and the plan renewing
Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. By booking you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any seats or bags you add. Where your bank asks you to confirm a payment, the booking is only made once that confirmation succeeds.
You give us permission to keep your card on file so a later booking, or a replacement booking made under the section above, can be settled without asking again. You can remove it at any time from your account.
The plan renews automatically at $9.99 a month or $79 a year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in. If we change the price we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel instead.
If you dispute a payment
Talk to us first. Most problems are quicker to fix directly. If a chargeback is raised against a booking, we pause that trip while it is open: we will not spend, re-price, or alert against money that is being reclaimed. Once the dispute is settled, get in touch and we’ll start watching it again.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that any given trip will get cheaper, or that we will catch every drop. Supply changes constantly and some fares cannot be acted on at all; we say which is which on every result before you buy. Nothing here is a guarantee of a saving.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for doing what this page says we will do: holding your booking, watching it, and handling your money accurately. If we get that wrong we will put it right, including where a replacement booking fails and leaves you worse off, which we cover rather than passing to you.
We are not responsible for the travel itself. Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, lost baggage and the condition of a property are the supplier’s, and their conditions of carriage or booking terms govern what you are owed. Nor are we responsible for events outside our reasonable control: weather, strikes, air traffic control, supplier failure, or an outage at a provider we depend on.
Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a saving you expected and did not get.
None of this affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Using the site properly
Do not scrape it, resell what it returns, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to make bookings you do not intend to travel on. Supply data belongs to the airlines and properties it comes from; everything else here is ours. We may suspend an account that is being used this way, and will say why.
Ending it
You can cancel the plan at any time and keep the free tier. You can delete your account from the account page, which stops all watching immediately and erases your history rather than archiving it. Bookings already made stay with the airline or property.
We may close an account that breaches these terms. If we do it while you hold a live booking, that booking stands and we will tell you what happens next rather than leaving you to discover it.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the product changes. The date at the top always says when. If a change materially affects a booking you have already made or the plan you are paying for, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you noticing, and for the plan, before it takes effect.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up.
Written in plain English from how the product actually works, and kept in step with it. The figures here are read from the same source the engine enforces, so the two cannot quietly disagree. It describes our agreement with you; it is not legal advice about your own position.
