Something wrong with a trip?
Two things worth knowing before the list. Skyferra is the merchant of record for anything booked here, so refunds and receipts come from me rather than the airline. And on the day of travel the airline is faster than I am, so call them first, then tell me.
Where is my booking reference?
On the trip itself. Open it from your trips, and the airline reference is under the title. It is also in the confirmation email. That reference, not the LF- one, is what you check in with.
I rebooked, and my old reference stopped working
That is expected. When I move you onto a cheaper fare I book the replacement and release the original, which means the airline issues a new reference. The email I send when that happens carries the new one, and the trip page always shows the current one.
The airline changed or cancelled my flight
Contact the airline first. On the day of travel they can act and I cannot. Then tell me, because I am the merchant of record for this booking and any refund comes back through me.
I want to cancel
Open the trip and use Cancel. I quote the refund before you confirm, and the quote comes from the supplier’s own rules rather than an estimate. If a trip cannot be cancelled from here, the page says so and why.
Where is my refund?
Card refunds go back to the card you paid with and typically take five to ten working days to appear, which is the bank’s timing rather than mine. Savings lists every refund I have sent and when.
I do not recognise a charge
Charges from Skyferra are for the trip you booked and nothing else. I take no booking fee and no share of anything I recover. If a charge does not match a trip in your account, write to me before disputing it and I will find it faster than a chargeback will.
Stop Skyferra changing my bookings
Automation has a pause that stops me acting immediately while I carry on watching. Every hands-off rebooking also emails you first and waits ten minutes, so there is always a window to say no.
